Things to know before your visit


We accept both scheduled appointments and walk-in guests although we encourage appointments to keep wait times low. We cannot guarantee the availability of a walk-in appointment.

Therapist Requests

We understand that you may wish to request either a male or female therapist for your treatments; however, we regret that we cannot guarantee your preference. Our ability to schedule you with either gender allows us to provide you with the widest range of appointment availability. All of our therapists are highly skilled professionals who are well-trained in draping techniques to provide you with comfort throughout your visit.

Appointment Times

We ask that all clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment times. Both new and returning guests will complete and/or review a Client Intake Form before most treatments. Arriving late may interfere with treatment times, possibly resulting in a less effective treatment. All appointments will end at their scheduled times so that the next guest will not be delayed.

Cancellation Policy

A major credit card reserves your appointment at OCCO. We understand that it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment; however, 24 hours advance notice is required to avoid being charged for a scheduled appointment. “No shows” will be charged the full value of the service, and gift certificates will be forfeited. OCCO strictly adheres to its cancellation policy.


While we are child-friendly outside of the studio, we ask that you make other arrangements for your children while receiving treatments with us. Not only will you relax more easily, our other guests will as well. Children receiving services are welcome at all times.

Cell Phones

As a common courtesy to other guests, we ask that during your visit, you not speak on your cell phone and turn off any mobile devices.


Shaving is not recommended before a massage, body treatment or Gentlemen’s Facial. If you choose to shave, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your service.

Health Problems

Please notify an OCCO receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant or have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. Doing so will prepare our staff in advance to provide the best possible treatment or therapy for you.


We will gladly play your personal digital music during your facial and / or massage treatments. Just bring in your personal iPod player with music selections, and we will take care of the rest.

Personal Assessment

When receiving your treatment, your therapist will address your needs based on your personal assessment. He or she will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of services being provided. We also ask that you share how you are feeling during your service. If there is anything you would like us to address, please inform your therapist or any OCCO personnel.
